Joe is awesome!! We started our home search in June/July and he was responsive and helpful even though he was running around the PNW with events. Through our search he was super educational as it was me and my wife’s first home, lots of questions, lots of unknowns. After seeing a few new home builds and understanding/learning how they work, what he would recommend when looking at that, we were able to do some research to find a home builder that checked a majority of our boxes.
Unfortunately, this builder doesn’t do realtor contracts; however, Joe’s main goal was for us to find our perfect first home. He still went with us to our meeting with this builder, encouraged us to challenge and compare to others we had seen and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Joe Bjorklund is the agent who gets it done. I used him to buy my home -- sight unseen, and without meeting him until after the deal closed. I contracted Joe recently to sell that same home -- after I left the region -- with a telephone call and telling him where he could find the keys. Joe knows real estate and definitely cares about doing performing the real estate process professionally and efficiently.
